The Ballroom

Grand and sophisticated, the Ballroom is situated on the ground floor near the main hotel entrance. Its light, modern decor is accented by the stunning crystal chandeliers. The space benefits from its own foyer with its own entrance and can be used either on its own for a cocktail reception or event delegate registration or in conjunction with the Ballroom for a business meeting with a working lunch.

The Conservatory

The light-filled Conservatory is the ideal place to hold a private meeting, lunch, evening drinks or dinner.  With the backdrop of the famous the Old Course and its landmarks, it really is a stunning room which lends itself to any occasion.

The Boardroom

Located on the top floor of the hotel, the Boardroom offers panoramic views over the sea and West Sands Beach, which was used in the iconic opening shot of Chariots of Fire. Classically formal in style, the Boardroom includes an adjoining area, which can be used for a working lunch. Its balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or two!

The newly extended Hall of Champions features a view of the Old Course and has been re-designed to incorporate a colour theme of slipper satin, lilacs to evoke the heather and sage greens. The rooms are flexible with natural light and have a dedicated entrance, port cochere and reception area. There is also an outside terraced area for drink receptions.

Located in The Duke’s Clubhouse, the Captain's Room has stunning views over the 9th hole of The Duke’s Course and the St Andrews coastline. This choice meeting or private dining location is ideal for between 12 and 20 people.

The function room at the back of Hams Hame, opposite the 18th hole of the Old Course is a perfect size for committee meetings, small dinners and private parties.
