Please note we are currently undergoing a refurbishment project to enhance both our spa and fitness facilities. This means our fitness reception and spa hydrotherapy suite are not accessible, with the fitness reception reopening in June and the spa hydrotherapy suite reopening late this summer. During this time both our spa pool and fitness pool (with poolside sauna and hot tub) are fully available via the Spa Reception and the Fitness Centre available via the hotel forecourt.

The Kohler Waters Fitness Centre at the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa offers a range of Technogym cardiovascular and resistance machines in the fully equipped gym, as well as access to a range of virtual and instructor-led fitness classes, personal trainers and a 20 metre lap pool with a hot tub.
