Whether you’re already polishing your dancing shoes for the party or prefer to welcome 2025 quietly by the fire with a glass of something lovely in hand, we’ve got you covered.

Of course, for Christmas Day we’ve got classic turkey with all the trimmings, but if you want to change things up a little our Chef has created a range of innovative seasonal dishes that make the most of Scotland’s beautiful produce.

HOGMANAY CELEBRATIONS
If you’re looking to ring in the New Year in style, then do it with our Hogmanay feast and evening celebration. The turn of the year is traditionally a time to break bread with loved ones and look forward to the year ahead – however that looks to you, we’ve got delicious dining options to help you end 2024 in style.
Then keep the celebrations going by joining us in Swilcan Loft along with a DJ, saxophonist, and fireworks, it’s the perfect way to continue the festivities.
